  • How do I book?
    You can self-book an appointment for any of your desired styles on our website 24/7. or by calling the salon during our business hours, which are on Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 4 pm. If you need assistance with your style before booking online, we recommend scheduling a consultation. If you need to know the name of the service you desire, please send a picture to 412-339-0219 and allow 24-48 hours for a response during business hours. If you would like someone to book the appointment for you, please send your full name, email, and desired style to 412-339-0219. Allow 24-48 hours for a response. note that a deposit required to secure any appointments. No deposit, No appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total service cost.   • Is a deposit required or how can I pay it?
    To book an appointment, an online deposit is required. We accept payments through cards, Zelle, or CashApp.
  • Booking and Payment Policy
    Booking and Payment Policy To secure your appointment, we kindly request a 30% deposit for most services. For our luxurious extension services, a personalized quote will be provided during your consultation. To proceed with booking, a minimum deposit of 65% of the total quote is required. This deposit ensures we can source the finest materials tailored specifically for your installation. The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of your service. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront after your consultation for a seamless and stress-free experience. Please note that deposits for custom units, toppers, or hair are non-refundable, as these items are created uniquely for you, and the process starts immediately after we receive a deposit. We accept all major credit and debit cards for most services. However, braiding services are payable in cash only. Important Notice: • All deposits and services are non-refundable. • All sales are final. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.   • How do we tip hair artist?
    Tips are appreciated. We accept tips in any form, though cash is preferred.
  • Are there travel fees for on-locations venue?
    Yes, there is a $100 travel fee added to each service provided at your chosen event venue. For venues located out of town, we can provide a personalized price quote.
  • How far are we willing to travel for work?
    Zoe's Travelling Team is very flexible. Just contact us.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling policy:
    Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 72 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: • 72hours or more in advance—no fee. • Less than 72hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked. • No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked. If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, we will contact you to pay the assessed cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid, we will work with your service provider(s) to determine if future appointments should be removed from the appointment book. Cancellation fees apply to all of our services and this policy applies to all clients. As always, extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.   • Do you Provide hair? Should I bring my own?
    Exclusive Hair Options for Your Perfect Look We take pride in offering a curated selection of premium hair types for you to choose from, ranging from budget-friendly options to the highest quality luxury hair. Payment is required in full, and all details will be tailored to your needs during your consultation to ensure a seamless experience. Should you prefer to bring your own hair, we welcome it! However, we kindly request that you select only the finest quality hair to ensure flawless, long-lasting results. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any issues or damage resulting from lower-quality hair you may provide. Your satisfaction and the artistry of your final look are our top priorities. For any questions or personalized recommendations, we look forward to addressing them during your private consultation.
  • How can I explain in detail the look I desire?
    We kindly request that you send a picture to 412-339-0219 and allow 24 hours for a response during business hours. This will help us better understand and fulfill your desired look.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, we offer free parking spaces for all our clients.
  • Can I bring extra guests?
    For safety and liability reasons, we generally ask that additional guests not accompany you during your appointment. However, we understand that some clients may wish to bring their spouse for support. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service. Thank you for your understanding!
  • What happens if I am running late?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. You have a 10-minute grace period before a $30 late fee is applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule unless the professional's schedule allows for accommodation. Please kindly note that if you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. Rest assured, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment promptly. However, if we do not receive any notification from you within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and your credit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, It's important to note that our cancellation fee policy applies to all clients and all services. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances beyond your control. We take these situations into consideration and will handle them on a case-by-case basis. If you find yourself in such a situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can discuss the best course of action. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' needs while also respecting the time and efforts of our stylists.   • Are after-hours appointments available?
    Yes. To schedule an appointment outside of our regular business hours, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. To schedule an after hours appointment, please text AFTER HOURS along with your specific service, name of your artist, preferred time, and date to 412-339-0219 for more information. Please note that there might be an extra fee depending on the specific service you are looking for.   • How many times can I reschedule my appointment after canceling?
    Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy We understand that life circumstances can change, and we strive to be flexible with our valued clients. However, to ensure fairness and the best service, we have the following guidelines: • Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two times, subject to availability. • After the second rescheduling, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. • Clients must reschedule their appointment within 2 months of the original date. After this time, a new consultation and deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. As a luxury salon that offers exclusive one-on-one service, we request at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another client. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in a late cancellation charge. We respect your time and our artists’ time, which is why we apply this policy consistently for all our clients. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss how best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    Yes, eyebrow waxing services are available for both men and women at ZoeE's Salon. We cater to all genders and offer a wide range of services to meet everyone's grooming needs.
  • What happens if I decide to cancel after the consultation or once process has started or after making a deposit?
    If you choose to cancel or withdraw after making a deposit or once the process has begun, your deposit will be retained to cover the time, expertise, and resources already invested.
  • What are your salon policies regarding client conduct?
    We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to our policies or who fails to treat our staff with respect. This ensures a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone.

    To ensure the highest level of service and mutual understanding, we ask all clients to carefully review and agree to the following terms before proceeding with their appointment. Your acknowledgment helps us maintain a safe, professional, and transparent experience for everyone. 1. I confirm that I will provide accurate and truthful information to my stylist before starting any service to ensure the best results and avoid complications. 2. I understand that I must follow all pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions. 3. I understand that for cancellations or rescheduling, I must text 412-339-0219 and ensure I receive confirmation from a staff member. 4. I acknowledge that the salon does not provide refunds for deposit payments. 5. I release the salon from any liabilities and agree to hold them harmless for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur during or after the procedure. 6. I understand that removal of hair extensions must be performed by a professional salon technician or certified extensionist.
